Pleasant Grove City, together with Staker Parson, are reconstructing the 2600 North roadway. This work includes widening the road, adding a center turn lane, and adding or reconstructing sidewalks, curbs, and gutters within designated areas of the project limits (see map below).

SCHEDULE

Construction: June 2023 – June 2024

Workdays: Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. – 6 p.m. (with occasional night and/or weekend work)

 

IMPACTS

Traffic along the various roadways may experience temporary closures and/or restricted access. Expect occasional delays and single-lane traffic within the work zones; please use alternative routes when possible. Also, residents nearby will likely experience equipment noise, dust, and vibrations. Home/property owners will be notified in advance of any scheduled service or access interruptions.

The following are roads designated as alternate/detour routes to help navigate around the construction zones:

   4000 North/Harvey Blvd (900 West for access north of 2600N)

   1800 North (1300 West or 600 West for access south of 2600N)
